| When making general 'rules' for living in a social structure, we don't start with the ethics of emergency, but general, every day normality. Life in general is not in a state of absolute-immediate-emergency, but quite the opposite... there's plenty of lee-way...
Besides, I haven't read the thing, just stumbled upon it and posted it on the board... so no idea who he is or if he's still around...
